New to scene, seeking collaborators - keyboards or combo

Hi, Blues folks
My name is Billie Rose and I hope our paths will cross soon.
I'm a blues singer, currently living in Mexico, hoping to
reclaim my Texas roots (I was born in Belton but grew up in
Vicksburg, MS where that muddy water got into my blood. lol).
I'd like to find a keyboard player or combo who'd be interested
in working with a female singer for a month or two, a couple of
times a year, more if things go well. If anyone here fits that
description or knows someone who might, please contact me or put
us in touch. Location doesn't really matter, but prefer mature,
(I'm 58) dedicated players.

Looking forward to hearing from y'all.
Hasta luego,
Billie Rose

Hey Billie,

Welcome to the Roadhouse. I've featured this discussion, so hopefully it will get more attention. I have two suggestions. First, checkout Chuck Mayo on this site. He's one of our gold members, and a heck of a keyboard player. He's currently playing in Chris Watson's band. And I know he's looking for more work. Second, is there a place we can go to hear some samples of your music? I think that will help a lot too.

Thanks for being a part of our scene,

Michael
I need to get some music posted somewhere, but have been slow in that. This
will be a change from what I'm doing now, which is a solo acoustic act, so I don't really have anything with a band. Have some stuff recorded with backing tracks that I use with my singing students, that I can share directly with someone who just wants to get an idea of my vocal range and quality.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Billie
