D-Natural Blues (Wes Montgomery).  Blues in D.  Has stop time and hits on the head.  Goes into a double time feel on one of the solos - very cool.

Here's a YouTube of his performance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZusYDwbppDg

Lots of other versions on YouTube as well.

I've played this as a slow "greasy" shuffle feel which works great on this tune.  The tune is in the Hal Leonard "Real Book" 6th edition.  It should be in the old "illegal" Real Book 5th edition.  I would post a copy but that might a copyright problem.

Here is the chord progression for "D Natural Blues". The head and solo section are slightly different.

Sounds good. I'll take a look at this over the weekend.
I spent some time listening to this and watching various videos on it. This is a great song. And I've now added it to my "must learn" tunes. I'm gonna work on the jam songs for Wildman first. Then I'm going to dig in on this. Might be a couple more weeks.
