@Abby - the first verse is... "Hey, pretty baby. You know I'm coming home to you."

@Abby - LOL. That's kind of how I met my wife. Well, not exactly. But when she heard me sing a song I wrote called "Whatcha Gonna Do?", she later shared with me that it had a big impact because she felt I was singing it about her. God Bless rock-n-roll.

Pride & Joy ~ Because I am tall, (5'9") and I envision my man singing this song to me..."Yeah I love my lady....she's long and lean.
You mess with her....you'll see a man get mean.
She's my sweet little thang....she's my pride and joy.
She's my sweet little baby....I'm her little lover boy."

He's written so many great blues and I love many of 'em. This period of time I'm much into the first I've learned, Texas Flood, I prefer it to the later slow'mo 'cause it's raw and refined at the same time, I think no one has ever played like that!

The Sky is Crying. I was listening to it when I heard of his death. I had just left the DFW airport and was getting on 183 as I was returning from a trip to Chicago when I heard the breaking news report of his death. Even more touching to me since I had been in the same area that weekend.
