Pearl On Commerce Reopens To The Public -

Hey Dallas Blues Fans, 

 

Just wanted to let everyone know that the tales of the demise of Pearl have been greatly exaggerated. Sure, they had to close for a short amount of time, but we now have news that the venue is opening back up again.

This is great news because they've been so supportive of the local blues community. And, they are the home of the DFW Blues Society!! Hopefully the monthly blues society jams will start up again soon. As soon as they do, I'll post more info here.

Yes Micheal -Good news indeed- I always did like the "Pearl" venu- new owners too. One thing I found out-I checked them early for a booking and they are alread booked solid through the beginning of next year- The Stratoblasters, I believe, were there first opening act- Pretty good start- I wish them well, but if anyone is looking for a gig there- get in line is about all I can say- One thing, the will probably be some good acts to catch there- Small and cozy, but lots of good music- Thanks for starting the discussion Michael-rrt
