I wanna give a shout out to my new Airline Bighorn guitar.

Great Hubert Sumlin tone, this baby has some sustain too!

Lightweight, Tele style bridge with nasty single coil pickups:

I have a couple of shields for my amps. They work well, although I believe tilting the amp is better. I also have drum shields...they work wonders in small venues.

Hey Bill,

Yeah, I've seen those used by the rock crowd quite a bit. Always wondered if they could be applied the way you described in a blues setting. Glad to hear they work well.

At Antones last night, there was a plexi glass "blast shield" in front of the house blackface Fender Super Reverb and I was very impressed how great it worked. It did not effect the holy tone of the amp at all.

You could hear every note as intended when I played on stage. Best part was in the audience....you did not get that direct ear numbing blast that last long after the show. Has anyone else seen these?

Thanks, Tommy! I love that B15N - Not very loud but sure sounds good!

I told Michael that I'm thinking about playing some guitar again. If I do that I'll need an amp and I'll come to you for consultation!

Gordon! That's gorgeous! Maybe I should just pass all my parts to you.. tell you what I want.. and let you do the hard part. :) There's nothing like a Pbass thru a b15n.
