'The Roadhouse' has a new owner, and we are celebrating our newest locations, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. No we are not closing our Dallas Roadhouse, we are only adding more virtual Saloons to be spread over the entire state of Texas. Michael Schaefer and the boys are still at the Dallas headquarters keeping the doors open, and teaching us all a thing or two... mostly about family. We are a Blues family, here to help one another try to keep the Blues alive. Especially our own brand of Texas Blues.

I have contributed with articles I've written, and have been trying to find ways to spread the word about this great web-site and extended family. Especially these two, Michael Schaefer & Robert T. Michael is the creator of the site, and Rockin' Robert T has been workin' it like a good head honcho should. We call him 'Sherriff', and he does an excellent job in patroling the site for 'abuse of terms' violations and spammers. He is the guy who allows you in, or boots you out the door. (He hosts a 'Chat' here most every Saturday between 9:00 - 10:45am. Stop by and say hey!)

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting either of them face to face, but feel I know them like family. Be good to these guys. They are the heart and soul of the place. I'm just here for 'window dressing' ; )
