Rosco's "A Tribute to Lou Rawls" Performance HOT at Brooklyn Jazz Cafe last night!!

Rosco's performance was too hot, too hot, too HOT for words, at Brooklyn Jazz last night!!!

The term that described the audience (with ages ranging from 26 go 65) was ECSTATIC!!
Of course the normal singing, playing was going on... the band was playing, things were
talkatively loud and humming...

The band leader "Domino" Winding (of Domino Effect Band) through no fanfare, whispered,
"you ready?" And then with an inviting voice yelled, "Ladies - Gentlemen, ROSCO!"

Rosco with even less fanfare, mosied on up to the practically floor level band stand, and
got locked in... "Hey, how y'all doing! The band ladies and gentlemen! The band!!" The crowd
went into an uproar from their moments-before hohumdum... as Rosco broke into a Lou Rawls
song, "You'll Never Find," blasted it and fell right off into "Lady Love," and the people couldn't
handle the two selections and still hold their piece! They were standing up, slapping hands,
and hollering... LOU RAWLS! Rosco didn't mind hearing the name of his now-gone friend
and Grammy winner, humanitarian, and creator of over 66 albums, and many hit songs!

Rosco left the stage under a roar of applause! The band eyeing a commitment to him as
he went to his seat. The very next day, Domino and Rosco were conferring. Another phone
call came in... Rosco had been talking with Mike Rawls (nephew of Lou Rawls) about the
movie that Rosco is to be a part of which is slated to release in 2010. (http://www.IMDb.com
search Lou Rawls) It is in pre-production now.

And now, Domino and Rosco will collaborate on his new CD production, "Rosco A Tribute
to Lou Rawls"
that, if all goes well, will release about the same time as the movie, which was
to be entitled, "Love Is A Hurtin' Thing - The Lou Rawls Story" but since it 'may' be re-titled
to be "Through The Eyes of A Son."

Some music critics and many others are saying that Rosco is about to hit the big time, and it has
been long enough! What do you all think?

This coming Wednesday, you can see Rosco over at Ovation in Fort Worth, check out their
website for directions: http://www.ovationrestaurant.com...
